Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in hotel, residential, or commercial facilities.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building automation experience.
• Trade licenses/certifications and formal training in engineering or facilities maintenance.
• 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on property equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and facility issues.
• Address maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees.
• Support installation, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Keep work areas and spaces safe and operational.
• Ski-friendly schedule that enables mountain time.
