Job summary
East West Hospitality (Frontgate | Avon) in Avon, CO is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer to keep a busy property running smoothly year-round. This hands-on role suits someone with hotel, residential, or commercial maintenance experience and comfort with building systems.
You’ll work a ski-friendly schedule on-site, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, addressing guest requests, and supporting installations and renovations to ensure safety and reliability across all
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) with hands-on experience.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building automation.
- Trade licenses or certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on property equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility issues.
- Address maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees.
- Support equipment installation, renovation work, and property improvement projects.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and spaces safe and functional.
