Job summary

Bridger Bowl seeks an energetic Events Supervisor to coordinate community race series and related activities. You will oversee race operations, assist with event planning and promotion, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction across all events.

In this role you will manage staff and volunteers, communicate with sponsors and participants, and maintain race results and inventories. Applicants should have strong customer service, event coordination, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, marketing, and supervision of employees.
• Working knowledge of racecourse setting and competitive ski/snowboard events.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and basic computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation and execution of community event series races and related activities.
• Serve as a primary contact during races and oversee racecourse setup, operation, and tear down.
• Assist with planning and promotion of events and sponsor communications.
• Maintain participant records, sponsorships, and race result databases.
