Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Rental Technician to help guests find the right ski or snowboard setup, ensure proper fitting, and get them ready to enjoy their day on the slopes. No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

As part of the team, you’ll assist guests, answer questions by phone, email or in person, and handle payments for rental equipment while contributing to a friendly, welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with limited prior experience required—we’ll train you!
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours a day
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Ski/snowboard or cashier experience preferred

• Kneel, stand, and move repeatedly while assisting with gear fitting

You’ll help guests find the right ski or snowboard setup, ensure proper fitting, and get them ready to enjoy their day on the slopes. No prior experience with ski or snowboard gear?
