Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley is seeking a Ski and Golf Supervisor to oversee the Rentals and Ski Check team and assist the Manager during the Winter season, with summertime support for the Golf team. You’ll help create memorable activities for guests, owners and the community, with a budgeted start date in December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ski and golf experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Clear and legible communication and directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities to respond to guest inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Enforce facility rules governing golf course, golf cars, and facilities.
• Supervise the reservation system and the POS.
• Assist with Ski Valet and Ski/Snowboard rentals.
