Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking an Administration Supervisor to oversee office staff, handle guest inquiries, and manage cashier support while ensuring courteous service and accurate data entry. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and the ability to operate in varied weather conditions.

Located in Lake Geneva, the property offers a long-standing tradition of hospitality within Marcus Hotels & Resorts and opportunities for career growth across Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior supervisor experience.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Prior SMS programs training.
• Prior office experience.
• Good customer service, organization, and communication skills required.
• Enjoy working with the general public.
• Take direction well.
• Good cash handling skills.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

What will you be doing?
