What you will be doing

The Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Engineer leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, reduce variation, and drive measurable business results across engineering and manufacturing operations.

What you'll need to be successful (must haves)

• Lead DMAIC/DMADV projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery
• Perform statistical analysis (DOE, regression, hypothesis testing)
• Drive root cause analysis and process improvements
• Develop dashboards, control plans, and performance metrics
• Mentor teams and promote continuous improvement culture

Essentials

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• Strong experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Proficiency with tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Excel
