The Pivot Group Network in Paw Paw, MI is seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead large-scale improvement projects and mentor teams. You will work with partner manufacturers in West Michigan to identify savings, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Ideal candidates have a CSSBB, 5+ years in manufacturing, and a proven track record of completing multiple complex projects with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
CSSBB certification from a recognized certifying body.
Proven track record of leading 5+ complex Six Sigma projects with documented savings.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP) and advanced Excel.
Ability to mentor Green Belts and project teams.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drive and manage multiple complex Six Sigma projects from concept to completion, delivering significant financial impact.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools for various levels of the organization.
Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic improvement opportunities and align Six Sigma projects with business objectives.
