Ideal candidates hold a CSSBB, a technical bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of manufacturing Six Sigma leadership, and strong skills in Minitab/JMP. Experience with data-driven decision making is valued.

Qualifications

• ASQ CSSBB certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 5+ years leading complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion within manufacturing operations.
• Mentor Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and optimize cycle times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive process excellence initiatives.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to validate improvements and control new processes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
