Qualifications

• CSSBB certification from ASQ or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Six Sigma project experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP).
• Track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements through Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption of new methods.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and financial impact to stakeholders.
