Qualifications

• CSSBB with a minimum of 3 years leading complex improvement projects.
• Expertise in DMAIC, DFSS and statistical tools (ANOVA, Regression, DOE) in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive significant operational improvements with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, mentoring Green Belts and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities
