Jobot is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead six food production lines at our Bellmawr, NJ campus. This on-site, permanent role focuses on safety, efficiency and hands-on leadership to drive daily operations on a growing snack and frozen foods line.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years supervising in food manufacturing, strong GMP/HACCP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage a large hourly crew and weekend shifts.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years supervising or leading in food/beverage manufacturing.
• GMP, HACCP knowledge and food safety awareness.
• Ability to manage a large hourly crew and address floor issues in real time.
• Strong organization and communication; comfortable with basic reporting.

Mansioni

• Start up and run six lines: crew lines, stage raw materials, cover absences with temp labor.
• Oversee dough and batching, line speeds, product weights, bake, color and shape.
• Enforce GMP, safety and food safety procedures including HACCP checks.
• Monitor freezer spirals and defrost schedules.
• Track downtime, coordinate repairs with maintenance, submit work orders.
• Handle daily labor scheduling, attendance and timekeeping; coach/discipline with HR.
• Train team on safety, GMP and food safety.
• Track material usage and logs; report end-of-shift efficiency.
• Run plant safety audits and propose process improvements to Director of Manufacturing.
