Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts and customize the playbook.
• Lead daily motivation sessions with individuals or small groups to reach weekly goals.
• Administer Test2Pass mastery assessments and coach students to mastery.
• Adjust coaching across ages from kindergarteners to 8th graders based on needs.
• Analyze weekly cohort data to identify at-risk students and adapt strategies.
