Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a confident HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners and business owners, diagnose comfort challenges, and present solutions that improve lives.

You will handle pre-set appointments, conduct home assessments, and close premium HVAC sales. Top advisors earn well into six figures by building trust, not pressure. This consultative, performance-driven role requires strong communication and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to close $10K+ transactions.
• HVAC industry or home services background.
• Experience with Service Titan.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers.
• Perform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipment.
• Present customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements.
• Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency.
• Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interaction.
• Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
