Job summary

Lola Hair Studio Inc in Cambridge, MA is seeking a full-time hairstylist who loves their craft and wants growth. You’ll handle color, cuts, balayage, and extensions, with opportunities for editorial shoots and in-salon education. A strong team culture and growth mindset are essential.

We offer a 4-day work week (Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat) with Sundays optional, a real path to six figures through commission, hourly pay, or base + commission, and ongoing professional development. MA license required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts cosmetology license is required.
• 2+ years of salon experience.
• Strong color and cutting skills; balayage and highlights are a plus.
• Extensions experience is preferred but not required.
• Love of fashion and teamwork drives success here.

Responsibilities

• Perform color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights and extensions as part of the chair.
• Lead, mentor and collaborate with junior stylists and team members.
• Pursue opportunities in editorial shoots and in-salon education when desired.
• Commit to 34+ hours per week and the 4-day work week structure.
