The schedule is a 4‑day week (Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat) with optional Sundays, and compensation includes commission, hourly + tips, or base + commission depending on fit. You'll join a supportive leadership team committed to your growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional salon experience.
• Strong color and cutting skills with balayage and highlights.
• Extensions experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, and extensions.
• Take on editorial and photoshoot projects when opportunities arise.
• Participate in in-salon education and mentoring of junior stylists.
