Lola Hair Studio in Cambridge, MA is seeking a full-time hair stylist to join a creative, growth‑driven team. This role focuses on color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, and extensions, with opportunities for editorial work and in-salon teaching.

The schedule is a 4‑day week (Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat) with optional Sundays, and compensation includes commission, hourly + tips, or base + commission depending on fit. You'll join a supportive leadership team committed to your growth.

Full-Time Hair Stylist – Award-Winning Salon – 4-Day Work Week

The Job

Full‑time chair, 34+ hours per week. You’ll work in a salon that pushes you to be your best, focusing on color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, and extensions.

For stylists who want more beyond the chair, we also offer opportunities in editorial and photoshoot work, in‑salon education and teaching, and mentoring junior stylists.

The Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday – a 4‑day work week with optional Sundays. Full‑time income and built‑in balance.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
• 4+ years of professional salon experience
• Strong color and cutting skills – balayage and highlights are a must
• Extensions experience preferred, but not necessary; alternative hair solutions a plus
• A genuine love of teamwork and a commitment to collective growth
