DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore is seeking an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to repair damaged vehicle bodies and components to manufacturer standards. You will join a growing team that emphasizes high-quality workmanship and a long-term career path in automotive collision repair.

Responsibilities include de-trim, disassemble, and repair with attention to detail, sourcing parts, and meeting productivity targets while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive or collision repair experience preferred.
• Strong focus on quality workmanship and safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work per vehicle repair orders and manufacturer standards.
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with precision and urgency.
• Maintain and source parts and materials as needed.
• Meet or exceed productivity requirements of the Center.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Comply with all regulations including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.
