DARCARS Collision Center of Rockville is seeking an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to repair damaged vehicle bodies in line with manufacturer specs and time standards. Qualifications

Experience in automotive or collision repair preferred.
CSI and quality scores above regional average preferred.
Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance efficiently.
Team-oriented with the ability to work on repetitive and complex tasks.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check).

Responsibilities

Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards.
De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail.
Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials.
Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know).
