DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore is looking for an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. This position offers a salary of over $100,000 per year based on experience, and applicants should have prior automotive or collision repair experience.

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or collision repair experience preferred.
• Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsabilités

• Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles.
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements.

DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore is now hiring an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the automotive collision repair industry. As an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and components in accordance with manufacturer and dealership specifications and time standards.

• CSI and quality scores above the regional average preferred
• Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently
• Team-oriented with the ability to work on repetitive and complex tasks
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check)

Responsibilities

• Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail
• Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know)
