Qualifications
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience, or 9-12 years relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
Experience with safety procedures and leading safety meetings.
Ability to prepare reports and forecasts related to construction progress.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct operations of craft and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
Manage cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor.
Lead the preparation of the 3-week look-ahead and rolling schedule.
Conduct employee reviews and identify training opportunities.
Skills
Experience in civil construction on large projects
Technical knowledge of earthworks, roads and drainage
Knowledge of construction technologies
Knowledge of supervisory functions

Education
