Qualifications

• Experience with safety procedures and leading safety meetings.
• Ability to prepare reports and forecasts related to construction progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct operations of craft and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Manage cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor.
• Lead the preparation of the 3-week look-ahead and rolling schedule.
• Conduct employee reviews and identify training opportunities.

Skills

Experience in civil construction on large projects

Technical knowledge of earthworks, roads and drainage

Knowledge of construction technologies

Education
