Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of cost management, including estimating and forecast development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise superintendents and craft professionals.
• Coordinate subcontract work and craft activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Skills

Experience in GIS switchgear construction

Field supervision experience

Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards

Computer literacy

Strong leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
