Position Overview

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Sitework Project Manager to oversee land development projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

This role is Hybrid, with sitework in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for sitework and land development projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and standards.
• Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
• Implement and monitor erosion and sedimentation control plans to ensure environmental compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and phases.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to secure permits and approvals.
• Coordinate with utility providers for the installation and integration of utilities like water, sewer, gas, and electric services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sitework or land development project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, land development regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
