The successful candidate will manage projects from buyout through closeout, requiring at least 5 years of experience in site work, utility, or heavy civil projects valued above $1M.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a project manager on site work, utility, or heavy civil projects valued in excess of $1M.
• Ability to review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor buyouts.
• Maintain communication with superintendents, project foremen, general contractors, and clients.
• Assist with closeout documentation for submission to general contractors and clients.
