Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee all academic and simulator training activities at the assigned training site. You will lead contract instructors, support staff, and operations personnel responsible for Aircrew Training Devices and aircrew instruction.

The role requires leadership, compliance with DoD and AS9100D standards, and coordination with the Program Office and CAE management to ensure safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Four years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• Eight years total flying experience, including five years in the military.
• Two years of flight instructor and training management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors and support personnel responsible for maintaining ATDs and conducting aircrew training.
• Act as the primary liaison between the government Program Office/QA Representative and the CAE Program Manager.
• Represent CAE as the site-level contract representative and key point of contact for the USAF customer.
• Ensure contract compliance, policies, standards, and safety across site operations.
• Manage training schedules (annual, monthly, weekly) and ensure throughput meets contractual requirements.
• Maintain and uphold the site’s quality assurance program to AS9100D standards.
