Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee academic and simulator training at a CAE training site for USAF operations. You will lead contract instructors, support personnel, and operations staff to ensure safety, throughput, and contract compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive flight operations/training management experience, including military time. U.S. citizenship is required for DoD work; strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of four years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• Minimum of eight years total flying experience, including five years of military experience.
• At least two years of flight instructor and training management experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this DoD contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors and support personnel.
• Act as liaison between government PO/QAR and CAE Program Manager.
• Serve as site-level contract representative and primary contact for USAF customer.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements, policies, and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee safety and security standards for training and maintenance activities.
• Plan conferences, meetings, and communications with USAF customers.
• Manage training schedules and ensure training throughput aligns with contracts.
• Coordinate with TSSC Manager on facilities and support requirements.
