Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a field-ready laborer to support paving, grading, pipe installation and other site work across our Pennsylvania projects. You will operate small tools and equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Shifts include day, night, and weekends depending on construction contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalency) required.
• Valid/Clean Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment (experience preferred).
• Knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with paving, grading, pipe installation, and site work.
• Operate small equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site.
• Report problems to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Complete required paperwork related to equipment and maintenance.
