Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a general plant maintenance worker to support daily production. The role is based in Frazer Township, PA, and involves performing plant maintenance, operating equipment, and keeping grounds and machinery in good condition.

You will work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including weekends when required, and must comply with safety and quality standards. Union benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide general plant clean-up.
• Light to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant production.
• Assist in plant maintenance when needed.
• Uptick/Upkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work).
• Operate plant equipment.
• Cross trained in other jobs.
