Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State Driver’s license and insurable with company’s agent required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL within the first year of employment.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Certifications related to aerial lifts, chemical spraying, or grounds may be reimbursed by the university.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance, planting, and related grounds tasks.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment and vehicles.
• Assist in site renovations, grading, and hardscape work.
• Coordinate with Grounds team on planting and maintenance projects.
