Job summary

Quality Correctional Care, an Indiana-based medical and mental health provider serving 70+ county correctional facilities, seeks a Site Team Administrator for LaPorte County Jail. You will support the Clinical Team Leader and oversee daily administrative tasks and operations to ensure excellent patient care and service.

This full-time role requires CPR certification, leadership abilities, and proficiency in communication, including phone, text, email, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Correctional experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations at LaPorte County Jail.
• Perform med pass and ensure patient care workflows.
• Maintain multi-channel communication (phone, text, email) and use Microsoft tools.
• Provide leadership support to staff and facility administration.
• Coordinate and oversee quality improvement programs with Clinical Team Leader.
• Coordinate in-service education sessions.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Site Team Admin Purpose

This position is designed to provide necessary support to other team members with the common goal of providing excellent patient care and service to our clients. Position Summary

Site Team Administrator will serve as the co-team leader in conjunction with the Clinical Team Leader. The Site Team Administrator will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks and business operations of the medical team at LaPorte County Jail.

Mandatory Functions

• Oversight of the daily business operations.
• Med pass
• Be proficient in all communication mediums including telephone, text, email, and Microsoft programs.
• Be available as a leader to offer support and assistance to our staff and facility administration, as needed.
• In conjunction with the Clinical Team Leader, oversee the qualify improvement program consistent with our core values, advocacy, courtesy, efficiency, and safety.
• In conjunction with the Clinical Team Leader conduct, coordinate, and oversee in-service education sessions.
• Maintain professional attitude at all times.
• Any and all duties as assigned.

Preference

• QMA, MA or EMT Certification preferred
• Previous experience managing a team is highly preferred
• Correctional experience is preferred but not required.
