Job summary

Quad/Graphics is seeking a Site Support intern to assist with the maintenance and operation of IT systems. You will help troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and communicate with the team in a courteous and timely manner to keep operations smooth.

The role involves keeping the storage area organized, handling e-waste per SOPs, and supporting shipping and receiving tasks, while assisting with help desk tickets as workload allows.

• Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Focused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.

SCOPE

Site Support: This teams takes 2nd and 3rd level calls from the helpdesk and the Intern would help this team to accomplish their goals by providing support to the team in the above area’s
