Danfoss in Utica, NY is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning and execution for its liquid-cooling manufacturing and distribution operations. This role aligns demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer commitments to ensure production continuity and superior delivery performance.

The manager will oversee planning, order fulfillment, production scheduling, tactical purchasing, supplier performance, and inventory optimization, while supporting site growth and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, business, or engineering.
• Experience leading manufacturing/distribution supply chains.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, production scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supply chain planning, order fulfillment, scheduling, and inventory performance.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and launches.
• Drive escalation and recovery for delays, shortages, and backlogs.
• Maintain KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, turns, and shipping.
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Finance, Logistics, and sales.
• Support S&OP, demand reviews, capacity planning, and site reviews.
