Danfoss GmbH is looking for a Global Supply Chain Process Specialist to develop and govern global supply chain standards in Utica, NY. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing and distribution sites by defining process standards, leading audits, and implementing best practices.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain process ownership, planning, materials management, distribution, ERP deployment, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience developing, documenting, implementing, and governing business processes across multiple sites or functions.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Experience with process audits, corrective action management, and business process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, maintain, and govern global supply chain process standards across manufacturing sites.
• Own the Data Centers Supply Chain Playbook, including process maps and standard work.
• Lead master data governance efforts by defining standards for items and suppliers.
• Deploy process standards through training programs and workshops.
• Conduct process compliance audits and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
• Support SAP/ERP and planning system adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain execution performance.
