Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Site SCM Leader in Wellington, KS to drive planning, logistics, and performance across SIOP, MPS, MRP, and inventory strategies. The role ensures execution excellence, data integrity, and alignment with global SCM strategy.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage master data and ERP processes, and partner with programmes to optimize end-to-end supply chain and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end SCM at site level.
• Experience delivering operations performance through standard SCM processes.
• Education in SCM with professional certification preferred (APICS CPIM).
• Typically 5 years’ experience in planning and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP functions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SCM professionals and deploy standard processes across planning and logistics.
• Oversee SIOP, MPS, and MRP planning and execution at the site.
• Ensure data integrity and master data governance within ERP and systems.
• Monitor SCM metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with programme teams to align daily execution with weekly/monthly planning.
