Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize material flow at site level, coordinating inbound, warehouse, and outbound activities to ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will monitor performance, resolve supply issues, and support production with timely replenishment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing or warehousing logistics and strong ERP/MRP experience, with SAP familiarity and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing or Warehousing and logistics experience
• ERP/MRP experience required or preferred
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations to comply with export controls

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, warehouse, and outbound activities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery
• Monitor daily logistics performance and resolve shortages, delays, and disruptions
• Support production by ensuring timely material replenishment and line-side stocking
• Lead cycle count programs and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Monitor inventory health metrics including excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and aging inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control in partnership with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance
• Maintain logistics KPIs and dashboards such as on-time delivery and freight cost
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve logistics performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
