Job summary

The Site Manager will oversee operations across West Broward clinical research sites, supporting neuroscience and psychedelics programs. This role blends site leadership with hands-on project management to stabilize, optimize, and scale site performance while helping build future program leadership structures.

You will manage recruitment, enrollment, staff, regulatory compliance, and study execution as the primary operational leader and Study Project Manager for high-priority trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and staff performance.
• Drive recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs including enrollment, retention, quality, and profitability.
• Maintain CTMS and data entry compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop research staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff staffing needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing.
• Improve workflows and operational systems.

• Scale enrollment and site efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
• Define structure for future program leadership

180+ Days:

• Support hiring and onboarding of program leadership
• Maintain operational excellence during transition
• Assist in establishing standalone program verticals

Performance Metrics:

• Enrollment and randomization rates
• Retention and follow-up completion
• Data quality and compliance
• Recruitment funnel efficiency
• Site profitability
