Job summary

Mozaic is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead Community Habilitation and Day Habilitation programs in Seneca County, NY. You will guide a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure person-centered, compliant service delivery aligned with Life Plans and agency standards.

You will develop staff, coordinate activities, and engage families and community partners to empower people with disabilities to live independently while maintaining program quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee daily program operations and coordinate meaningful activities in line with Life Plans and regulatory standards.
• Foster staff development and create a positive, person-centered environment for both staff and people supported.
• Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners while ensuring program quality and fiscal responsibility.

Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for our Community Habilitation and Day Habilitation programs in Seneca County. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing employees, supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and creating positive, person-centered experiences that help people achieve their goals and thrive in their communities.

As a Site Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring high-quality services are delivered in accordance with each person's Life Plan, agency standards, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee daily program operations, coordinate meaningful activities, foster staff development, and help create an environment where both employees and the people we support can succeed.

This role also provides the opportunity to build strong relationships with families, guardians, local businesses, and community partners while ensuring program quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Most importantly, you'll play a vital role in empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives while leading a team committed to making a meaningful impact every day.

Site Supervisor Qualifications:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)

Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 Annually
