Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring training, and maintaining contract compliance.

Pay is $26.00 per hour with weekly pay. The site requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage security priorities and client needs on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate radios and monitor consoles
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed)
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure contract-specific training and screening requirements are met
• Maintain controlled overtime and ensure service quality and contract compliance
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; manage payroll and incident reports
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed
• Respond to client requests and manage emergency notifications
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities
• Recommend post orders and security measures to enhance site security
