Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum of six years of management experience, preferably in civilian or military security.
• Eight years in security/operations with six years in supervisory roles.
• Six years of analytical decision-making, leadership and operational management.
• Six years of specialized experience in physical security or related operations.
• Previous experience as Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel supporting access control, visitor management, alarm response, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure daily security operations comply with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to support mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee Security Control Center operations, CAC and badge administration.
• Ensure personnel are trained, qualified, and prepared for duties.
• Support emergency response activities and incidents.
