Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Law Enforcement, Management, or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of management experience in security or related organization.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in security or related operational environments, with six (6) years supervising.
• Minimum of six (6) years of analytical decision-making, administrative leadership, and operational management.
• Minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in physical security or related operations.
• Prior experience as Site Manager or Site Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel assigned to daily operational activities.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarm response, dispatch, and circulation enforcement.
• Ensure all security activities comply with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and site leadership to support contract performance and mission objectives.
• Supervise Security Control Center activities and monitor operational effectiveness.
• Support badge administration and CAC administration programs.
• Ensure personnel are properly trained, qualified, and prepared for duties.
• Monitor security operations and address issues impacting safety or readiness.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and other security situations.
• Conduct security inspections and assist with operational assessments and reporting.
• Provide first response and initial assessment during medical, fire, security, and emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Law Enforcement, Management, or a related field and/or equivalent training and experience; OR Associate degree and eight (8) years of related experience and/or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years of management experience, preferably in a civilian police, military police, security, or related organization.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related operational environments, with six (6) years at the supervisory level.
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in analytical decision-making, administrative leadership, and operational management.
• Minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in physical security, law enforcement, or related security operations.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar leadership position.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
