Job summary

Chenega Naswik International, LLC seeks a vigilant Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). You will lead daily security activities, supervise personnel, and ensure access control, visitor management, alarm monitoring, and emergency response align with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has a proven leadership background, experience managing teams, and a commitment to mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Law Enforcement, Management, or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of management experience in security or related organization.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in security or related operational environments, with six (6) years supervising.
• Minimum of six (6) years of analytical decision-making, administrative leadership, and operational management.
• Minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in physical security or related operations.
• Prior experience as Site Manager or Site Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel assigned to daily operational activities.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarm response, dispatch, and circulation enforcement.
• Ensure all security activities comply with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and site leadership to support contract performance and mission objectives.
• Supervise Security Control Center activities and monitor operational effectiveness.
• Support badge administration and CAC administration programs.
• Ensure personnel are properly trained, qualified, and prepared for duties.
• Monitor security operations and address issues impacting safety or readiness.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and other security situations.
• Conduct security inspections and assist with operational assessments and reporting.
• Provide first response and initial assessment during medical, fire, security, and emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
