Job summary

SBM is seeking a Site Supervisor in Leesburg, VA to safely coordinate program activities. You will supervise staff, inspect work areas, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining records and reports.

Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a HS diploma or GED, and optional forklift certification. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a focus on safety, training, and effective communication. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination.
• Driver's license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Write reports (pass down, weekly, monthly) and conduct inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair; monitor supplies.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE use; address issues with manager.
• Maintain training, inspection, attendance and metric records.
• Some travel may be required.
