The Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting the site services team and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, mail/copy experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM - 5PM ***NO NIGHTS/WEEKENDS***

The Opportunity:IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions.

Position Details: This direct hire role is full time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting the mail & copy services team and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, mail/copy experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
