Securitas USA is seeking a Site Supervisor for Ellendale, ND. This full-time role manages security personnel, enforces post orders, conducts trainings, and coordinates with client representatives to ensure safety and service quality.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes benefits and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and escalation as needed.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of security experience required.
• Driver certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with management as needed and document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in cooperation with management.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide good service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 1 year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of Security experience required.
• Driver certification.
