Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time role in Ellendale, ND. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol diverse sites, and enforce client site regulations while maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, and providing courteous service to employees and guests. Requires vigilance, independence, and ability to work on site with standard security duties.

Security Officer - Full-time

Primary Location: Ellendale, ND

Wage: $25.00/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be comfortable with extended periods of walking.
• Safe Driving certification.
