Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Missouri facility. You will oversee associates, ensure safety and productivity, train new hires, and help manage the site budget.

The role offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonus potential with benefits after 30 days. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution, strong customer-service skills, and proficiency with Excel and other MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Budget management and ability to interpret P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and productivity as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts to meet customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise timely data entry for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, payroll records, and related tasks.
