Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Site Supervisor for Madrona Day Treatment in Bremerton, WA. This on-site role provides administrative supervision to staff and ensures services meet established goals, while maintaining continuity of care for consumers.

The position requires a Bachelor's in psychology or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, and licensed driving with WA requirements. A Master’s in psychology is preferred, CPR and agency certifications may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
• Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience). This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle.
• Must meet all agency driving requirements including a WA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration and CPR certification are required or obtainable.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative supervision to program staff and ensure services meet program goals.
• Oversee development of Madrona Day Treatment plans and schedules.
• Monitor consumer progress and adapt treatment as needed.
• Coordinate with KMHS staff and school district personnel for referrals and continuity of care.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified staff and provide ongoing coaching.
