Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) seeks a Shift Supervisor for Residential Services in Bremerton, WA. Lead Behavioral Health Technicians on each shift and ensure safe, therapeutic client environments while maintaining documentation in the EHR.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. Preferred: Bachelor’s in psychology and supervisory experience in residential settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and oversee daily duties.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing staff support.
• Promote trauma-informed communication with clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Lead supervision meetings and assist with hiring and performance evaluations.
