August Roofing & Solar is hiring a Site Supervisor in Southern California to serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners, HOAs, and property managers. This full-time role blends customer service with construction site supervision to ensure projects run safely, on time, and to high quality.

You will lead crews, coordinate deliveries, document milestones with photos, and help generate new appointments through neighbor outreach with incentives.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, roofing, project management or site supervision (preferred, but not required).
• Strong customer service skills, professional, clear, and respectful communication.
• Ability to read project plans and enforce safety/OSHA standards.
• Tech-friendly: CRM systems, photo documentation apps, Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record. No DUI within the last 5 years.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs in support of delivering job materials to projects sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, welcoming homeowners and providing clear, daily updates on progress and next steps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful jobsite, stepping in as needed for basic clean-up and hands-on support.
• Lead and oversee crews, managing workflow and keeping projects on schedule.
• Ensure top-quality workmanship, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries, managing equipment, and transporting materials as needed.
• Document project milestones with photos and notes, guiding customers through final walkthrough and completion.
• Support business growth, canvassing nearby homes to notify neighbors of upcoming work and generate new appointments (incentives).

What You'll Do
