Plant Supervisor – Direct Hire Opportunity in Anaheim, CA

We are partnering with a full-service provider company in Anaheim, CA, to hire an experienced Plant Supervisor. This is a direct hire position on 1st shift with a competitive salary and benefits.

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | 1st Shift

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Annually

Position Overview:

The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a facility that includes commercial laundry services, sewing/textile production, and logistics/distribution. This role will manage daily plant activities, lead multi-department teams, and ensure production targets, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall Plant Supervision

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations across laundry, sewing/production, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage departmental schedules, task assignments, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards throughout all functions.
• Track KPIs including efficiency, quality, safety, and cost metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
• Promote a collaborative and improvement-focused workplace culture.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks; initiate process improvements.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and repair.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of production, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
